There has been a lot written about the value of waking up early and also at a consistent time each day.
Research seems to show that many of the highest achievers tend to have this as a regular part of their routine regardless of the time they go to bed.
I have been experimenting by waking up at different times but definitely find a direct correlation between my waking times with task achievement throughout a day and for me early, consistent wake up around 5.30am work best and provides me the most productive and enjoyable days.
